Mr. Warhol says,
+ Why do people think artists are special? It's just another job.
+ Don't pay any attention to what they write about you. Just measure it in inches.

so i think you should read into the Tao and some Buddhist philosophy. i seem to find some relief in my brain running a million miles a minute when i can just pay attention to my breathing, and recollect my energy. do you know what i mean?

At first I thought of myself as a black and white thinker. Then I said fuck the shades and tints, the world is boring without color and I introduced (myself to) the rainbow.
:iconu-n-k-n-o-w-n:
thanks, I'll do that.
Know exactly what you mean. It's a damned distracting world out there, and the thing that usually keeps me breathing is me telling myself to. I don't even have the patience for meditating anymore... I'll definitely give that a try.
:icondontpretendtoknow:
meditation is no fun when you get too serious with it.
like certain people try to guide you in meditations then they weigh you down with their suggestions and imagery that means something to THEM and not YOU.
you sorta just have to find a quiet space to zone out... and then just think about all the things you cherish in your life, and all the things you want to manifest more of! if you put your affirmations into positive words and say them over and over, you will realize your dreams more quickly.
